All the moulds we produce at our facilities in Barcelona are designed by a team of professionals with over 30 years of experience.
From design to the first mould test, we report on a weekly manufacturing schedule with photos.

All together, this direct communication without intermediaries between the technical office, the machinists and the client, generates extraordinary confidence. We generally take injection part manufacture through to the second mould test.

Our delivery times range from 30 to 60 days as of project approval.

We forward the injection tests by DHL courier, making them available in a maximum of 4 days anywhere in Latin America. With moulds made in China, we offer the same delivery times.

All our moulds carry a product and mechanical operation warranty, with on-location technical support and maintenance service. We thus guarantee production of your runs, without stoppages.

We constantly carry out large scale, high intricacy mould projects. Many of these are exported to different countries, which drives our commitment to offer our customers fully guaranteed manufacturing, ensuring we meet the delivery times pledged.

Every month we receive manufacturing orders with delivery times of 3 to 5 weeks. We can easily fulfil these thanks to effective supply management. We receive the fully mechanized mould carriers and we distribute the jobs to our machinists, which means we can deliver a large mould in under 40 days.
We always carry out this type of outsourcing work with suppliers we have been working with for over 20 years, informing our clients beforehand.
